Wellspring students are lead in stretching after their 6:30 AM morning walk.

Located in the mountains of North Carolina, Wellspring Academy is a boarding school for overweight children and young adults. In addition to their regular classes, students learn to control their weight through a healthy diet, physical activity, and counseling.
